Dealing with the complexities of life can cause frustration, stress, and feelings of anger. BLCC’s Anger Management course is designed to help individuals effectively cope with life stressors, appropriately express negative thoughts and emotions, and eliminate impulsive and aggressive behaviors to support positive functioning at home, work, and in all areas of life.

Course Overview

BLCC’s Anger Management is a one-time six hour class facilitated by licensed professionals. Course elements include psycho-education, self-reflection, Q & A session, and an interactive group session. A certificate of completion is presented at the end of class.

The course is held on a quarterly basis from 8:30am to 3:00pm at the BLCC office. Attendees are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. The next course is scheduled for June 19, 2017.
